Constantin Rotariu – Chief Strategy Officer The brain behind www.BTRExchange.com, Constantin has a robust background in finance, IT, data and business intelligence. Originally from Romania, he has been a digital-currency maximalist since 2013 when he co-founded the most successful exchange and ATM network in Eastern Europe. He is also a worldwide competing chess player!

Matthew Whitcomb – Chief Operating Officer Being the former director of Coinsquare Wealth, Matthew has a vast understanding of developing Fintech businesses and has worked with a wide range of Fintech and Financial service companies in Canada, the US and the Caribbean. He also has 8 years of experience as a prior Forex Trader and Banking Payment specialist up his sleeve.
